We work with a culture-first attitude. People we search for and ask to join the company are ones we find that are willing and able. Sometimes we only get a strong willing person, and we can do a lot with that. Able we can mostly teach. We are OK with failing and learning, just as long as we learn and better ourselves. A failure is an option. The customers we engage with are seen and respected as long term customers. An internal principle is to protect the relationship. See the bigger picture and be adaptable to any solution needing to be found. TouchBasePro is about meaningful communication. We use our 15+ years of email communication knowledge to assist enterprises to connect with their customer base. Engage with them and speak to them when it makes sense to speak. Email communication has a 48:1 return on investment. We help companies get close or exceed this ratio through our approach to business and email.
