Hired as first member of L&D team to transform Russian-English learning content into engaging and effective training for new hires. Directed strategic planning and $300K budgeting for leadership and capability development of 1200+ employees. Implemented and managed the company-wide Paylocity Learning Management System creating modular learning paths for most company roles using Articulate 360.
• Delivered L&D strategic roadmap for skill development and professional growth, first conducting needs analysis then designing comprehensive curriculum in new hire onboarding, manager and leadership training, technology trainings, continuing education, performance management cycles, compliance and career development, which resulted in a 7% decrease in attrition during the first 3 months of employment.
• Grew the L&D team from 8 Russia-based, remote trainers to 6 US-based, in-person trainers, implementing training standards focused on classroom management techniques and consistent delivery, increasing employee engagement by 15%.
• Supported company growth from 7 New York stores to 16 NY stores and 8 Chicago stores by creating the Store Operating Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including 30+ interactive eLearning courses, 10+ job aids, & 3+ on-the-job learning agendas using Camtasia, Figma and Canva. • Architected and facilitated Transition to Management training, a 3-part series, included 360 feedback and coaching, resulting in 92% of program participants stating they are better prepared to be a leader.
