With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a passionate and innovative co-founder of a company that aims to create sustainable and enjoyable experience in hospitality. with studied master's degree's in urban planning and PMP and having a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, which give me a solid foundation and a broad perspective on designing, developing, and managing the project's development. I am driven by the mission of enhancing the quality of life and the environment for the communities we serve, and I bring diverse and valuable insights and experiences to the team. As the executive director of development at City Edge Developments, I was responsible for accessing new opportunities, expanding the investment portfolio, and developing the landbank in the most profitable manner. I created and implemented the internal system, processes, procedures, and workflow for the development division, and ensured the efficiency and effectiveness of the project's timeline activities. I also leveraged my skills in data analysis, business development, and sales to optimize the performance and outcomes of the projects. I successfully led and delivered multiple large-scale and complex urban development projects across different sectors and locations.
