Jun. 2016 - Dec. 2018NepalMain Duties include: - Develop and align the Regional Field Office Support Service & Finance Strategy with that of the NO and NER, translate the objectives to the Field functions. - Oversee the services and initiatives in the Field and that they are coherent with WVIN/NER’s values, vision and mission. - Develop the regional Field office coherent annual work plan/operational, and business plans based on strategies. - Develop synergies, open communication, cooperation between Finance, Procurement & Logistics, Admin and ICT. - Integration and efficient management of operations and services of Finance, Procurement and Logistics, Administration and ICT in compliance with WVIN/NER policies & procedures. - Ensure that Regional budgets, Procurement Plans of projects, grants, My PBAS and support offices are in place. - Ensure there is proper treasury, cash management, working Capital management, Asset Management and cash flows processes are in place - Ensure grants reporting; monthly, quarterly and end of grants are done on time. - Ensure grants compliance and audits are done as per grant agreements. - Ensure that there is proper coordination of Supply Chain business processes in the Field Office responsible for an optimal interface between the supply chain and business units as it relates to the procurement and logistics functions. - Ensure the development of Consolidated Procurement Plans for the Regional Field Offices across projects, grants, and special projects, all functional departments at the field Office, ADPs and District Offices. - Manage implementation of consistent and effective strategic sourcing process in collaboration with the Field offices (Area, ADP, District Offices, NO, NER and Suppliers/Vendors.
