I am a Billing and Application Operation Manager at O2 Slovakia, where I lead a team responsible for reliable and accurate billing, billing system development, and application DevOps for internal customers. I have more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and I have participated in several large-scale system migrations and automation activities that have helped reduce errors and accelerate the launch of new products to the market. I work from a strong technical foundation, but at the same time I focus on the practical functioning of things in everyday operations. I mainly consider process improvement and risk management through data and real impacts on the business and the customer. A large part of my work consists of connecting teams across IT, finance, and customer support to ensure that billing works reliably and without unnecessary complications from the backend to the final customer experience.
