Main Responsibilities: * To embrace all Touches of Hyatt, especially focussing on fun. * To efficiently and effectively handle and resolve or liaise with the Front Office Manager, Guest Services Manager, Assistant Manager of In Room Dining regarding all guest feedback, complaints and problems in all areas of the Hotel. * To be responsible for the upselling and cross-selling of all facilities at Park Hyatt Sydney.
