Its products are available through its online store and distributed globally in countries like France, Japan, South Korea, China, and Taiwan. Starting at Zidans as a part-time design assistant, I quickly mastered the brand’s products and production processes. I established strong communication across the entire production chain and soon transitioned to the role of Product Development Manager. Key responsibilities: • Developing and testing prototype samples
• Refining garment construction in collaboration with pattern makers
• Organizing sample fittings with diverse models
• Preparing batches for production
• Launching production batches
• Conducting quality control during production
• Planning and financial forecasting for collections
• Sourcing and selecting pattern makers, manufacturers, and suppliers Key achievements: • Launched men’s and children’s training apparel lines
• Established a new outsourced production facility in Moscow for mid-scale manufacturing of biflex garments
• Managed the first overseas production with a near-abroad manufacturer, overseeing logistics, sample development, and supply chain coordination
• Updated classic leotard designs for the main women’s line

• Restructured financial workflows, including cost management and launch planning

BALLETDREAM (amateur ballet theatre)Ballet Costume Designer

It unites professionals from various fields, creating full-scale productions with passion and dedication. The company has staged unique adaptations of Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Giselle, La Bayadère, The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and Le Corsaire. Over a year of barter-based work, I designed and produced over 50 costume sets for the corps de ballet and soloists (Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Giselle), balancing aesthetics with cost efficiency. Invited as the principal soloist for BALLETDREAM’s debut production of Swan Lake under a creative barter arrangement, I combined performance preparation with costume design and production. In the project’s early stages, costumes were either custom-made or rented, and my role was to create stage-ready designs while minimizing material and production costs. For later productions, a professional sewing workshop was brought in, building on my initial designs.
