UnifonicChannel Sales Operations Specialist
Aug. 2022 - Mar. 2023•Develop, implement and maintain key business processes and sales support systems/processes, required to meet the rapid growth of the business, including Business Intelligence (reports, analytics, dashboards). •Set up operational processes and put structure and framework, as well as seeing through business-critical success metrics. •Design, develop and deliver forecasting models, metrics, reports, analysis, and dashboards to drive key business decisions. •Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to the Strategic Partnerships/Channel sales teams. •Support company departments (Product, Support, Product Marketing, Legal, …. etc.) to achieve Channel Sales goals. •Manage and Update the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools along with all Tier 1 ISV Partner (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) •Provide business critical insights using analytics to contribute to the overall strategic direction of Unifonic. •Collaborate with internal business development and operations teams to drive productivity. •Assist the Channel Sales teams in all commercial activities linked to Channel Sales accounts, partnerships. •Support the Channel Sales team in execution of the Sales Strategy and Initiatives.
