Jan. 2020 - Mar. 2025Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United StatesAs part of a two-person leadership team, we were able to navigate the financial and logistical challenges of the pandemic, which required flexible and creative thinking, collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups, extensive communication, and responsiveness in real time. Our program emphasizes process over content, so the goal is to help people figure out how to learn what they need or want to learn. I also provided direct parent coaching and support.
