I have 30 years of experience in the learning and development field, covering a wide range of topics in the corporate world. My role has been to oversee the end-to-end provision of elearning solutions, although my focus has been on researching, developing and quality assuring learning content in close collaboration with subject matter experts. I'm trained as an Industrial Psychologist, and have supplemented this qualification with others specific to learning.
