Manage order tracking and dealer inquiries. Respond to dealer inquiries regarding allocations. Assist with dealer trades. Locate vehicles for trade assists and collateral exchanges as needed by the Fixed Operations Managers. Provide Sales Operations Managers with inventory analysis reports including sales, stock, aging, etc. Identify problems/delays with vehicle movement through the ports & recommend solutions (port liaison). Function as primary Sales Operations Manager contact for inventory needs. Work with Sales Operation Managers to resolve unallocated inventory and fulfill sold orders. Coordinate Fleet activity with corporate office & Dealers. Assist Marketing Manager & Sales Operations Managers with auto show coordination, vehicle procurement & moving/allocating vehicles to dealerships post auto show. Collaborate on new product launch activities, allocations and communications. In collaboration with the Sales & Distribution Manager, create solutions for area shortfalls or oversupply situations & present to the region GM Sales Operations. Assist Sales Operations Managers with monthly allocation fulfillment & compliance both at the dealer and Region levels. Act as backup for the Sales Operations Managers. Responsible for coordinating and compiling production forecasts for the Region. Conduct reviews to ensure proper vehicle volumes (allocations) against retail objectives. Responsible for filling special build needs (corporate/Dealer). Track & report forecasts to order variance and order to production variances to Sales & Distribution Manager. Manage mix of colors, trims, and port installed options of vehicle pipeline for monthly allocations to optimize mix and ensure targets are achieved.
