The overall scope of work includes: - Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation works - Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning (with Owner's trainees) - Start-Up and Initial Operation up to Performance Test - Warranty Management during the Warranty period - Supply of Spares I led the team that delivered the Asset and Liability Management including 3D Laser Scanning and Digitization of the Refinery and Jetty areas; aboveground and underground facility survey; OEM support for integrity-critical inspection; and Brownfield Engineering Design Services of Trains 1 - 5 (except 4), Pipelines, Water Treatment Unit, Power Plant and Utilities Unit, Flare Systems, storage tank farm, and jetty areas.
