Communicating new service developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature – brochures, websites, technical presentations, etc. Administering client accounts and other Strategic Business Units (SBU's) of SUFFIX ENERGY. Providing quarterly report to the Board of Directors. Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting/following up potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. Developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating stakeholders' needs and goals. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing proposals and tender packages and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and maintaining close interface with clients. Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential. Building and maintaining corporate brand of the company. Providing leadership for a team of business support staff, strategic project teams and third-party consultants. Ensuring due regulatory compliance for business operations and managing interface with regulatory bodies (DPR, NAPIMS, NCDMB, etc). Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; expanding and maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations, participating/contributing to technical presentations at trade conferences.
