This extremely rewarding service taught me many skills and gave immense amount of experience in them - Some of these skills include - Human Resource Management - Problem Solving - Disaster Management - Security Profiling and Audit - Networking - Project Management - Event Management - Financial Management - Sporting Events Management - Sales - Hotel Management - Hospitality - Team Leadership - Skill Building & Training - Administration - Up keeping Civil Military Relations - Peacekeeping & Peace enforcement - Religious & Sectarian Management & De-Escalation - Operations & operational assessments - Transport Fleet Management - Psychological profiling - Interrogation & investigation of cases/ personnel - Office Management including extensive use of MS Office Applications, chiefly focusing on Presentation Software and Communications My role as Head of Corporate Solutions & Payroll at Zindigi powered by JS Bank Ltd allowed me to use many of my aforementioned skills to bring better business to Zindigi At Zindigi I have had the opportunity to be part of many new and wonderful B2G initiatives that have helped my department grow manifold with an unprecedented speed in no time at all in the history of the Organization
