Apr. 2022I lead capture-to-delivery for disaster recovery, contingency operations and modular programs — combining GovCon capture, national account management and AI-enabled revenue operations. My work covers federal task orders and BPAs (DoD, FEMA), state emergency services, CRE/MRO and SaaS pilots for modular and cold-chain solutions.
Key accomplishments & responsibilities:
• Led capture and delivery of $125M in DoD/state emergency contracts; mobilized 400+ staff, vendors and logistics partners to field operational base camps in 8 weeks.
• Secured two $25M GSA BPAs and five $10M national vendor agreements via PWin-driven capture and compliant proposals.
• Built end-to-end disaster logistics and modular housing (container conversions, ADUs, refrigerated reefers) — vendor sourcing, depot logistics, transport strategy and contracting.
• Developed AI-enabled capture tools: RAG knowledge bases, prompt-engineering playbooks, AI opportunity scoring in Salesforce, and automated capture workflows with N8N — improving forecast quality and seller productivity.
• Implemented national account playbooks and GPO/volume-rebate structures, delivering a 36% margin lift across pilots and scaling CRE/MRO revenue to multimillion ARR.
• Led digital transformation for property/restoration sales — redesigned websites/funnels, built training libraries and marketing playbooks that generated 700%+ lead growth in 90 days.
• Advised SaaS/product development (MVPs, integrations, payments); supported model selection and prompt engineering with LLMs and voice AI.
