• Effectively resolve technical issues related to communication, networking, IP routing, and synchronization.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, reproduction, and troubleshooting of failures on Windows, Linux OS, and other proprietary software.
• Document activities, update tickets/cases, and generate internal reports using Salesforce and Jira.
• Maintain and update user/internal databases in alignment with established guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Development, Support, and Service Teams to enhance system functionality and support services.
• Configure and adjust parameters aligned with the Services Team indications or R&D department.
• Data collection from different servers/customers. • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Update system data, product data, and tickets in the tracking system.
• Collect hardware failure information, communicate with the production department, and track the RMA process.
• Remotely connect to client servers at mine sites to obtain performance data for system evaluation.
