My professional journey has taken me across culturally diverse societies, including numerous countries in Western Balkans, Former Soviet Union and North Africa, where I've adeptly navigated complex environments under stressful conditions and tight deadlines. I bring a wealth of experience in providing technical assistance to civil society organizations, spanning over a quarter of a century. Additionally, my decade-long involvement with political parties, governments, and institutions has further solidified my role as a versatile and impactful leader. My collaborative efforts have included partnerships with notable entities such as NIVA doo, Rio Tinto, Telekom Srbija, and L'Oreal, to name a few. I am well-versed in managing projects supported by prestigious donors including USAID, the US State Department, the National Endowment for Democracy, and the European Commission.
