Led an impact study, launched four new accessibility initiatives, and helped run several marketing campaigns. This included participating in legal negotiations while updating the collective bargaining agreement, and maintaining friendly relationships while balancing conflicts of interest. - Managed the staging and performance of nearly twenty full scale concerts with up to 140 musicians. - Negotiated and created contracts for hired engagements, securing rehearsal venues and ensuring the safety and comfort of the hired musicians. - Maintained the overall production budget for all classical, pops, and educational concerts, including all preliminary musician payroll calculations.
- Spearheaded community outreach initiatives with the Director of Education. Encompassing children's concerts, hospital performances, and participation in community festivals all over Northeastern Ohio.
