Work well with client managers in delivery of communication and implementation. As a result, staff begin to understand importance of timely submission and consequences of non- adherence.
2. Extra mile effort in fine tuning payroll processes. Designed and introduced the usage of payroll calendars which covers claim submission up to client billing. Objective met as it was done without causing stressful deadline especially during festive seasons towards HR, pay & bill team, clients. Payroll cycle and salary released been met successfully.
3. Coaching payroll executives in each items and conditions that require further judgements. More accuracy been produced overtime and number of credit notes issuance has been reduced to more than 50%.
4. Partner with billing executive as part of extra miles to client’s invoicing tracking. Processes, turnaround time are well defined to produce more accuracy in billing and minimised the outstanding amount over time.
5. Assist HR operations personnel for a different client in interpretation and administration of staffs’ policies. Knowledge sharing in proper legal handling of hiring, terminations, resignations and disciplinary actions to be replicated in other clients.
6. Counsel and assist managers through challenging performance management situations. Support the internal and client management in developing and communicating plans to address areas of improvements.
7. Managed full range of HR consultation and support to designated population but not limited to employee relations, onboarding, tax clearance, disciplinary actions and offboarding.
8. Ensure audit readiness, high compliance to company and regulatory standards.
