Risk management during the whole project, establishing mitigation tasks with the result of a mitigation plan with the whole team involvement and management approval, with a positive outcome. - Daily follow up of the status. WP responsible, what made me the contact for the market and the developer team in order to get align, bi-weekly reporting for the top management and the different stakeholders identified in the country and the developers team. Assesment of the risks identified previous and during the project with central PMO. - Actively participating on the PI Planning for the sprints and release date assignments. Before the project, analysis of the backlog and planning on high level timeline in order to identify Go-Live scope
