• Leads cross-functional project teams to assess the feasibility of technology enhancements and define robust integration requirements for automating internal company processes.
• Leads, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure high-quality validation of each technology release. Oversees end-to-end test planning, execution, and documentation to confirm technology functionality, alignment with business requirements, and stakeholder expectations—while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Develops and implements the global system training strategy, including the design of a comprehensive training software matrix and the development of SOP documentation to support global adoption. Creates end-to-end support materials guidelines, training videos, job aids, and reference documents. Ensures all stakeholders not only complete the required training but also gain a clear understanding of the system’s functionality and best practices for use.
• Lead, develop and coordinate the transition strategy for over 361 projects impacted by the new integration with the EDC Access Management software. Coordinated communication with over 1083 study leads, managers, and system users to ensure alignment and timely execution. Actively tracked the progress of each study’s transition to ensure completion within the defined timeline. This initiative resulted in cost avoidance of $60,000 by eliminating the need to extend the legacy application license. This strategy was successfully executed and completed within an accelerated timeline of 2.5 months.
• Communicate, negotiate and collaborate with global leadership and operational stakeholders including Sr. Directors of Data Operations, Directors of Clinical Programming, VPs of Data Management and Data Services, Project Managers, and Validation Managers. Partner closely with Principal Solution Engineers and Architects, Business Analysts, IT Compliance Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and UAT testers to identify business opportunities, remove delivery barriers, and ensure solutions remain aligned with product/software vision.
• Proactively identifies and manages potential risks that may impact project success. Make informed, timely decisions to mitigate challenges and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous innovation within systems, processes, and team performance.
