My duties over my almost 8 years with TWC changed and evolved over the years. I have included a list of the major duties and responsiblities I covered: Managed and negotiated all Time Warner Cable corporate sponsorships, promotional and sports marketing events throughout the Time Warner Cable Eastern Carolina footprint. Worked with external community event coordinators to promote and provide awareness of the Time Warner Cable brand and products. Planned and organized over 40 events per year. Managing over 60 Brand Ambassadors who helped in the implementation of each event. Managed all creative projects that were used externally and internally for Time Warner Cable (i.e. retail locations, customer care centers, kiosks, events, partnerships, sales teams) and managed the fulfillment process. Responsible for creation of all marketing campaigns, which included: creating and proofing all creative materials (print, direct mail, radio copy, TV scripts), working directly with outside vendors and agencies to coordinate direct mail, and sending campaign notifications to all TWC employees. Responsible for creating and managing marketing budget. Participated with finance to create outlook numbers and budget for growth objectives in all product areas (cable, phone and internet) in terms of units and cash flow.
