Because of this interest I intensively research the appliance of the blockchain capabilties on businesses and current institutions (e.g. banks, real estate, governments). By pursuing this interest I am active in the cryptocurrency area and related companies that are developing our future. Since May 2017 I have developed a special interest into ICO's (Initial Coin Offerings) and am active in this community.
I perform research and due diligence activities into ICO’s and existing cryptocurrencies and rate them based upon a self developed methodology. Because of this experience I am experienced in determining whether an ICO and its current state and ambition are realistic. I use this to determine if I personally think its worth investing in. Jan. 2009 - May. 2009The Erasmus Studio is a collaboration between Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Virtual Knowledge Studio for the Humanities and Social Sciences (VKS), which is a Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) institute, and the University of Maastricht. The Erasmus Studio has created a collaboratory within the SURFnet funded project, the VKS Collaboratory, where scientists from various disciplines in the humanities science (e.g. economy, philosophy, psychology etc..) can share information related to their field of research and combine it in an environment without geographical barriers to create new insights. This study addressed the success factors and bottlenecks for the use of the VKS Collaboratory within its scientific community. Moreover, a workflow based analysis was conducted for the Request For Comments (RFC) process within the collaboratory.
