Jan. 2022 - Dec. 2023Princeton, NJEvent Planning - Generate production sheets and post-event summaries to distribute to all necessary parties. - Lead the administration of the event including developing and/or creating venue diagrams, pricing structures, event communications, event branding, and design. - Conduct site visits and vet qualified contractors to ensure the brand, values, and quality of the event are upheld. - Build and manage relationships with third party vendors, contractors, venues, and the general public. Project Management - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, venues, and staff (full-time, part-time, and seasonal) to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed in a timely manner. - Manage a team of 12 professionals and 40 part-time workers to cultivate a unified, value-based culture and brand across all departments. - Manage the development and communication of plans regarding critical incidents affecting the health and safety of over 10,000 staff, musicions, contractors, venues, and the general public. Financial Management - Present to accountants monthly disbursement reconciliations and financial KPI and ROI reports. - Coordinate all invoices and billing associated with the event, ensuring efficiency whenever possible including negotiating vendor contracts. Human Resources - Train all staff ranging from zero experience to highly trained in company policy which results in uniform work standards, increased revenue, and increased customer satisfaction. - Orchestrate daily HR functions supporting 60 employees. Strategic Planning - Contribute to strategic planning meetings, reporting to the executive leadership with client insight and trouble areas that need to be addressed within the organization. - Develop programs that expand access to attendance, both with the creating of new programs and working to enhance existing programs.
