Led the project on the Transport for London (TfL) Road Network. • Secured funding via a GLA partnership agreement. • Coordinated the project board (TfL, Camden, BID directors), delivering presentations and managing meetings. • Liaised with diverse stakeholders: TfL departments, GLA, cycle campaign groups, and the local Business Improvement District (BID). • Managed project budgets, programmes, and internal council departments (traffic, design, planning). • Executed public consultation: designed leaflets, collated results, and authored the final consultation report. Legible London Pedestrian Wayfinding Implemented over 140 wayfinding units across the borough. • Negotiated with major developers (British Land, Argent) and secured funding from LIP bids, S106, BIDs, and internal budgets. • Directed site selection, route planning, and artwork creation using Adobe Illustrator. • Procured and managed contractors (manufacturers, cartographers) via TfL frameworks. • Liaised with stakeholders including TfL, BIDs, and community groups. • Used GIS (Mapinfo) for detailed placement and strategic plans. • Managed complex budgets from multiple sources, reporting progress to TfL and partners. • Handled day-to-day public and member enquiries regarding signage.
