I oversaw raw fabrication and slicing facility of 10 slice lines. I also managed our supply chain, logistics, and distribution, achieving process improvements by working with vendors, engineers, and throughputs to streamline the facility.

-Named Utah Manufacturer of the Year 2-years in a row for community involvement and maintaining above average safety ratings; trained county EMS as HAZMAT subject matter expert (SME).
