I manage a monorepo architecture for various data transformation pipeline sub-projects, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. I designed and implemented a robust CI/CD process and advanced data quality tools, enabling rapid deployment across multiple environments. Through these innovations and tools we were able to reduce our data pipeline cadence times from 3-6 (and sometimes up to 24) hours to an efficient 15-30 minutes, while significantly enhancing data accuracy and reliability.
