Troubleshooting errors reported by customers and testing in a lab environment. • Troubleshooting data import related problems in Sybase and Oracle. • Assisting customers during DNS and DHCP version upgrade. • Providing technical support to optimize the performance of VitalQIP services and Database, DNS, DHCP and IPAM services. • Server management using the VitalQIP Appliance Manager interface.(deployment of new appliances and software packages, defect troubleshooting)
