I perform provider enrollment, revalidations, renewals, departmental updates, fingerprinting requirements, and anything that the state and governmental agencies require to operate a home health agency in California. • Contracts and Service Agreements o Maintain the hard & digital copies of all contracts, leases, agreements, rate schedules, etc. o Fine-tooth comb every new contract to ensure rates and items within agreement match company’s goals and interests o Develop new relationships with potential insurance carriers, negotiate rates to meet or exceed our usual & customary rates, perform the credentialing necessary to initiate a contract or agreement, and submit any changes to the agencies in writing o Renegotiate rates on current/old contracts • Commercial Insurance (General Liability, Professional Liability, Umbrella, etc.) • Creation & Ordering of Marketing/Training Materials o Reference cards for referral sources to understand Face-to-Face, Certification & Recertification, Billing Practices o Service area maps – created from scratch using Microsoft Publisher o Check rates of printing companies to ensure we’re receiving the best rate • Bulk-mail Recruiting • Maintain Vendor Clearance accounts for sales representatives • Annual EEO-1 Reporting for 4 locations
