Initiatives have included the creation of Innovation Operating Models for companies in Pharmaceutical, Food, Consumer Product, and Apparel industries, and the creation of new growth platforms in such areas as diabetes, beer, packaging, cognitive agility, eye care, incontinence, beverages, national security, human energy, fertilizers for developing countries, sodium reduction in the diet, weight management and others. Partnered with cross-functional teams to effectively manage project work for multiple clients such as PepsiCo, MillerCoors, GlaxoSmithKline, MeadWestvaco, and Belcorp in a fast pace environment to ensure deliverables are met and clients are satisfied. Identified shortcomings in the existing project management protocol to design and implement overarching and interconnected project plans using ProjectManager.com. Leveraged proprietary methods to conduct deep consumer insight work for Fortune 100 Companies, applied in collaborative and interactive workshops with clients throughout the Billion Dollar Studio process which included the identification and summary of relevant information in Consumer Holistic Experience Maps utilized in extracting key consumer insights used to develop product and solution concepts. Identified shortcomings in data entry software and successfully implemented the adoption of recommended replacement software resulting in a higher quality deliverable for clients.
