During this time, my roles have focused mainly in performing Design Validation Plans for EGR Coolers and EGR Modules, as well as supporting other Borgwarner plants from testing point of view for Asian market, mainly China, Korea, Japan and India. I was also working with FEM & CFD simulations to verify designs robustness, as well as performing forensics engineering with ant failed part to find the failure root cause, follow 8D investigation procedures and register any lessons learnt.
