Sep. 2006 - Oct. 2013PeruResponsible for the planning and control of all the projects of the Process Infrastructure business line in Ausenco Peru, ranging from Conceptual Studies to Detail Engineering and Construction Administration in projects of around USD 5 million in value. • Implemented the engineering project planning and control system according to PMI standards, which included the dissemination and training of the concepts, tools, procedures, and KPIs to the majority of the organization's members. It allowed project teams to become familiar with and implement these indicators in their projects, contributing significantly to most of the projects' objectives in terms of costs and time. • Established and promoted the implementation of the Project Scope Division (WBS), the integration of project budgets and programs, creation of control accounts, and the implementation of the earned value system to evaluate projects' status. By carrying out these activities in the initial phase of the project, it facilitated data collection, information processing, giving us the necessary time to analyze the results. • Implemented the tool "3 Week Look Ahead Planning" in the programming of engineering projects, which included the required resources, responsible persons, non-compliance factors, and indicators. It reduced the projects' uncertainty since each discipline leader knew the deliverables to be developed each week. • Implemented the change management system, including the timely collection of support, estimation, registration, and monitoring. Updating of scope, cost, and time baselines according to approved change orders. It facilitated communication and flow of activities in the requests and approvals of the change orders. • I actively collaborated in the company's ISO certification process for the development of engineering projects. After obtaining the certification, I was part of the internal audit team to promote continuous improvement and the effectiveness of these procedures.
