When I joined the project, I resolved the initial challenges of reporting to the Client and the status of project performance. Upon joining the team, in a short time I managed to order the area, by implementing the control model, establishing control accounts and performance indicators, I established a procedure to capture and process data quickly. Currently, all the reports are delivered on time and within the committed dates and the project management team knows in detail the status of the project.

Prior to this project, most of the projects for the PMO started and ended late, in addition to having problems delivering reports on the agreed dates. • Updating of the MEIA4 and PFSA Engineering of the ATS Infrastructures for the Las Bambas PMO. The engineering budget was USD 485,128 and demanded 5,858 HH. Achievement:. I implemented the control model in a timely manner and managed, together with the team, that the project finished within the contracted time and cost.

Five people reported to me. • Developed and promoted corporate project control activities according to Ausenco standards. • Implemented the Ausenco corporate platform (ORACLE) for project control, which included the definition of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and the assignment of control codes to the different components of the WBS; the establishment of the baselines of the budget; follow-up of the works in progress concerning the baselines of the projects; change management; and preparation of Statements of Payment (EDP). Monitoring and control of Payment Status and Invoices issued (WIP and AR). • Established the KPIs for the project portfolio and controlled each one of them. I prepared corporate reports on the status of the project portfolio that included, in addition to the KPIs, the backlog of hours, trends, and the income projection. • Conducted interviews with candidates for the area of project control and recommendations for employment decisions. Responsible for the induction and development of new members of the project control team, which included safe work practices according to Ausenco standards. I regularly evaluated and supported them to develop to their full potential.
