This included regularly processing CODs, keeping track of dispatched shipments, and updating clients on the status of their orders. Additionally, I was responsible for updating AWBs for respective shipments and ensuring timely delivery while resolving any issues related to undelivered shipments. I worked closely with Aramex's representatives to ensure smooth operations and also handled banking activities related to transferring COD amounts to clients. On a monthly basis, I was responsible for calculating the organization's costs, while also updating bookings, returns, and the portal on a daily basis. This experience has enabled me to develop strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of logistics and customer support.
