I am a manufacturing leader with over 20 years of experience spanning Quality Assurance, Plant Management, and Innovation leadership. My career began in QA, where I built a strong foundation in compliance, audit readiness, and quality systems—ensuring products consistently met the highest standards of safety and performance. As a Plant Manager, I expanded my expertise to include operations management, people leadership, and end-to-end manufacturing performance.
