Mar. 2020 - Aug. 2021Duties: ● Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner ● Test user flows and clearly document evidence to identify and troubleshoot technical issues ● Lead demos and onboard companies to SaaS software, ensuring strong customer adoption ● Provide security consultations to companies with questions about cybersecurity and their security stack ● Collect customer feedback and synthesize for internal teams on new products and features ● Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, displaying empathy for customer needs and keeping all parties informed Skills: ● Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction ratings ● Strong technical skills, with experience testing user flows, troubleshooting technical issues, and using software tools such as JIRA and Zendesk ● Cybersecurity knowledge, with experience providing security consultations and working with cybersecurity products such as ConnectWise, Webroot, and others. ● Effective communication skills, with experience leading demos, consultations, and communicating clearly and empathetically with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams ● Process documentation skills, with experience developing best practices, maintaining FAQs, and using tools such as Confluence, Slack, and MS365
