By introducing inclusive job descriptions and gender decoders to the company, it makes opportunities available to all genders. Not only do I partner with five VPs to staff teams, but I also assess current recruiting activities and identify ways to improve diversity of existing talent pipelines and create new pathways to diversify talent. In addition, I also identify diversity recruiting metrics for the company at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle and advise on complex hiring and sourcing issues. Key Accolades ➡️ Developed and strengthened current and emerging leaders by creating a leadership cohort, curriculum, assigned book readings, professional development training, and refined leadership practices. ➡️ Sourced underrepresented talent in the organization and created Boolean searches to find talent. ➡️ Built outreach strategies to create a more diverse talent pipeline and ensure diversity and inclusion objectives were met. ➡️ Chosen by the Associate Director of DEI & Culture to be the Ambassador of Culture Coalition for the Chicago region. ➡️ Formulated strategies for clients including Disney, YouTube, Este Lauder, Google, Facebook, and more. ➡️ Determined root causes of problems using an expanded, holistic approach and long-term perspective. ➡️ Drove teamwork, communication, and commitment across groups with competing priorities to identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks.
