In this role, I provided technical services to analyze, design, and deliver clinical/business solutions as well as expertise to answer technical consulting questions, individually and as part of a project team, work group, committee, or council. I served as a subject matter expert for clinical applications in relation to intellectual property, systems design, capability planning, and standard operating processes. I led "deep dive" technical evaluation meetings, investigating processes to understand data and communications flow within the Integrated Delivery System. I was responsible for making recommendations regarding Information Services policies and for developing TCH's Enterprise Architecture practice. Specific areas of focus during this role included infrastructure design, implementation, management, support, life-cycle, and technology road map development for clinical applications and supporting infrastructure. My focus was on providing guidance on IS strategy for technical solution assessments and implementations to support organizational strategic goals, and advancing clinical technology. While in this role, I was a founding member of TCH's Innovative Solutions Nursing Council and worked with clinical groups to implement innovative, data-driven solutions to clinical and operational problems. I was also a member of Texas Children's Hospital's Advanced Analytics team, focused on implementing Machine Learning pipelines.
