Create Tip-Sheets using Zillow, Trulia, Neighborhood Scout and Walk Score. Update Properties on website, request photos, scope of work, and all necessary materials from suppliers. Correspond with real estate agents, inspectors, and business partners daily. Order office supplies, plan office events, manage office calendars, order awards, etc. Handle miscellaneous tasks including scheduling of meetings, data entry, running daily errands. Answer emails, take messages, organize all calendar events (including heavy use of google drive, google calendar, etc.) Review resumes, screen, interview, hire and train new employees.
