Developed scalable, user-friendly online storefronts, integrating payment solutions and SEO best practices to support business growth, digital inclusion, and artisan empowerment. Advised founders on digital branding, omnichannel marketing, and sustainable business models, resulting in grant wins, increased sales, and recognition by organizations such as the British Council. Fostered cross-border collaborations between Kenyan and European creative brands, leveraging market shifts toward ethical, handmade, and circular fashion. Key Projects: Atieno Yarns: Built and optimized ecommerce platform for a Nairobi-based, women-led crochet brand, supporting grant acquisition and international influencer partnerships. Limaia Paris: Orchestrated digital relaunch, expanding retail footprint from 20 to 125+ outlets in one year through strategic web, SEO, and lead capture enhancements.
