Feb. 2024 - Aug. 2025Greater Paris Metropolitan RegionEmployed to lead the finance team relating to eBTax, Payables, Receivables, Intrastat and Intercompany processes plus various GL Processes for France, India, Czech Republic. This involved working with offshore and onshore teams together with the end business. This included EU countries like FR, CZ, DE, JP, IT, NL, SI, SE and US…. To establish a cradle-to-grave management and process definition including end Fiscal reporting to the relevant Authorities, liaising with the local Tax Accountants, review specifics for Intercompany, Localizations and Tax reporting within the EU and outside the EU. Also involved management of Supply chain into finance modules in the inventory transaction and intercompany transaction processing and aligning the finance requirements between the various entities, countries and companies for procurement, Order Management and Receivables within the Global Poclain model. Process design was also developed to align within the Global business landscape ie Customer Facing documents and the distribution to the various customers, archiving and forward management. This was a migration project driven by the Chinese head office via the German European HQ and bringing France into the Global ERP system for Supply Chain, procurement, receivables, taxation and GL Account to local French standards, This included Master Data cleanup operations, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Costing Models and Service and Repair configuration and business assessment. Post go-live included account reconciliation from the subledgers including inventory transactions and subledger to GL reconciliation and issue resolutions. Duties also included planning and managing UAT acceptance, plus planning go-live procedures with the head office in Germany

This included full end-to-end of the various processes and Interfaces from Purchasing to Payables and Payments GL reconciliation, AGIS, iExpenses, eTax, SLA and AR. Also involved in the alignment of other systems into Oracle i.e. QAD and Sabrix. This was a prerequisite to developing, managing and concluding Unit testing, UAT and regression testing for the global solution Also involved, were the various associated areas such as inventory, bank accounts, interface, tax and accounting issues within the daily processes and Month End relating to Procurement, Payments, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Projects, Expenses, Country specific localizations for Italy, Germany, Romania, France, Belgium, liaising between offshore teams and the implementation partners. This also involved realigning the SLAMs and SLA for intercompany, the various countries and local tax laws.

May. 2013 - Aug. 2013IrelandEmployed as Lead Functional Consultant for Finance, Receivables and Procurement steams to align upgrade deliverables within the timescales of this fixed price project. Involved in upgrade process, changing functionality, reviewing customizations, reconciliations pre and post upgrade plus user education for new processes and practices. This followed the PRINCE2 Methodology adhering to political, structural and processing constraints within the organization, plus stage reviews and milestones whilst keeping an eye on project scope, project creep and future goals. Projects ranged from simple to complex projects, agreeing, managing and delivering the various stages in the project cycle. Managing users, requirement, setups, testing and UAT signoff to 100% Functions also involved advising on new R12 functionality and where it would fit. Giving training and awareness for eTax, SLA, Accruals, Procurement, Supplier and Customer Maintenance, Receivables and Collections plus 11i v R12 procedural changes, and where this would fit in the overall project and deliverables. This involved multiple clients for Fujitsu.
