The duties within the PTP, RTR and OTC arena included reviewing current setups and aligning business processes for user, management and Internal and External Audit.
The project environment utilised the Agile project Management with multiple groups in multiple countries with strategic alignment at regular intervals to ensure the direction and progress of the project within business expectation.
• Cloud Fusion evaluation project prior to the Shared Service Centre in El Salvador being established. This involved:
• Analysing and reviewing with business and technical teams:
o HCM, RBAC and SOD aspects, General Ledger, Procurement, Inventory, Receivables
• Alignment with the current business practices in South America
• Potential Project Plans and estimates against desired time orientated goals and deliverables
• As Scrum Master, managed the 12.2.7 redesign/re-implementation from 12.1.3 for all Head Office entities., This involved • Managing multiple Scrum Teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines
• Liaising with multiple Sponsors and Champions from different domains and business concerns
• Agreeing and implementing the GL Ledgers, eBTax, Legal Entity Configuration, Operating Units, Inventory Organizations together with Costing, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and iProc processing • Clean-up and reconciliation of existing transactions in 12.1.3 for audit in the 12.2.7 system
• Inter-module reconciliation, SOXs and Audit requirements
• Develop, manage and implement the Cut-Over Strategy to successful 12.1.3 to 12.2.7 migration, Audit and SOXs compliance
• Other areas included:
• MPA, iExpenses, Period End Processes, P-t-P and spprovals, Master Data, Training, Support and Housekeeping activities, • eBTax and AWT for Europe, AGIS, Payments, Cash Management, TMS, Localizations (ES-SII, LU-FAIA)
