Jul. 2021 - Jul. 2024● Project a positive corporate image to ensure productive relationships with clients. ● Schedule regular meetings, discussions, and teleconferences, and visit client offices to strengthen client relationships. ● Understand client needs and customize existing business programmes to meet their needs. ● Provide client support and handle client communications effectively. ● Owner Manager Programme (OMP): This is one of the major Executive programmes in my portfolio; it had three runs from 2021-2022, recorded 92%, 112%, and 148% of quota in forward progression. We have had one run in 2023 with 200% quota forward progression. ● Agribusiness Management Programme (AGMP): Had two runs in 2022, recorded 122% and 138% of quota in forward progression. The run in 2023 had 150% of quota progression. ● Family Business: Achieved 600% of quota milestone in 2022 and 2023. ● USAID: Collaborated to develop new tool kits for optimal client experience. Recorded the graduation of the pioneering cohorts by driving the implementation of change, assignment completions, and certification readiness. ● I led the executives on the Owner Manager programme (OMP) to Strathmore Business School in Kenya on a week of cross-learning of doing business in East Africa. ● I managed 15 seminars from the open programmes in 2022, contributing 25% of the seminar budget 2022.
