Organized the Market Research unit and, in collaboration with the Consumer Services Unit, introduced the concept of Consumer Excellence at Nestle, aimed at better understanding consumer needs in Venezuela. Handled communication during Venezuela's dairy situation, strategically positioning key messages from Nestle Venezuela in the public opinion through the country's Dairy Industry Chamber. Led various food crises and product recalls at Nestlé Venezuela, including Purina crisis, one of the most relevant crisis case in the food industry in the country. Initiated the organization of Nestle Venezuela's Corporate Social Responsibility structure, based on the Nutrition, Health, and Wellness concept, but with a focus on sustainable development and creating shared value. Developed the company's communication policy for managing key messages to the company's target audiences. Led internal communications as an instrument for Change Management implemented by Nestlé Venezuela.
