Experienced manager and entrepreneur specializing in e-commerce, business development, and sales strategy. Born in Warsaw in 1967, he has built his career by combining expertise in media, retail, and digital technologies. He began his professional path in the media sector at *Telewizja Polska*, where he worked as an editor and journalist and later advised on digital technology implementation. From the late 1990s onward, he turned to e-commerce, playing a central role in the launch and growth of major Polish online platforms such as *Empik.com* and *Smyk.com*. Over the years, he has held senior positions including General Manager of *Empik.com*, Project Manager at *Smyk.com*, Head of E-commerce at Exorigo, and CEO of *DUKA Polska*, where he oversaw a nationwide retail network and implemented a modern online strategy. Alongside his corporate career, Zeisner has developed his own ventures in logistics, real estate, and investment through companies such as East Management and KNP-Trinity. He has also served in leadership roles at *BTC Studios S.A.*, a Warsaw Stock Exchange–listed video game company, where he was COO and later Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Educated at the University of Warsaw, where he earned a Master’s degree in Journalism, Zeisner is fluent in Polish and English. Beyond business, he is passionate about culture, new technologies, travel, and sports such as squash and tai-chi.
