1.Communicate and work closely with Line Managers and Heads of Department in understanding theirs Divisions, Departments and Individual Performance and Job Gap which requires training
2.Conduct TNA, especially bottom to top in order to analyse actual gap against Company business policies/objectives
3.Prepare and Recommend Organisation Training Budget
4.Liaise, Communicate and held discussion with Consultants and External training providers in developing training curriculum
5.Establish yearly Training Calendar
6.Plan, Schedule and Manage Organisation continuous internal training activities
7.Collect data and analyse training effectiveness and find ways for improvement
8.Develop Training Road Map for staff career development
9.Develop Organisation Competency based Skill training system tied up with Reward and Productivity
10.Develop and establish Internal Trainers training allowance, training library and its policy
11. Plan, manage and schedule technical trainers' training activities
12. Develop Values Development Programme i.e:Teamwork, Discipline & Respect
13. Manage HRDF Fund and make training claim
14.Conduct Employment Act and IR Act training as well as Company Rules & Regulation training to indirect/direct employees
15. Conduct Company Orientation training for Newly Recruited Employee, which cover Companys Direction, Organisation Structure and Product Knowledge.
