Creating international technical communities from scratch, in accordance to the business objectives of the company in the region (Java, JS, Advanced Engineering, QA, Information Security, Salesforce, Business Analysis, UX|UI, Cloud&Dev.Ops, Agile&Scrum, Product Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, Resource Management, PHP). 2. Communities «packaging»: building up a strategy, KPIs and a visual identity. 3. Communities support (example: a number of participants has increased by 60% on average after 6 month of my work in the location). 4. Working closely with Core Teams: starting with an idea's brainstorming (events, articles, podcasts, etc.), ending with their implementation. 5. Hosting online, offline and hybrid events (170+ per year). Moderating as a host. 6. Remote offline events organization in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Georgia: starting with an agenda development, a landing page creation and procurement, ending with collecting results and participants feedback. 7. Community products promotion to internal and external audiences. Email Digest releases to 8+ countries. 8. Working with identity: adapting designs to the task. Working closely with designers team. 9. Working with analytics data gathered from communities, events and other products. 10. Working with KPIs. Budgeting for the required period. 11. Supporting the Communities Building in EPAM (participating as a speaker in educational events, videos and a podcast). Mentoring Specialists.
