The project is an alternative solution to the professional orientation and career orientation programs that will help teenagers and youth dig in their true potential and outline the main directions of their future growth. It is the first “zoom in!” program designed teens and youth to help our next generation embark on a journey of self-discovery. The aim is to help them cognize their personality, identify their strengths, aspirations, capabilities, and come up with an action plan on how to develop further. In other words, it is a drive to one’s self-awareness.
