My role involved managing digital marketing efforts, including online advertising campaigns with external agencies, and optimizing performance through ongoing analysis. I also spearheaded a full brand audit and the development of a brand blueprint including vision, values, culture & messaging. This led to the roll out of a full re-brand across all product packaging, online, in-store & other touch points. Ensuring a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all platforms to create a well recognised brand, that's positioning is clearly understood. Additionally, I coordinated events and trade shows, managed sponsorships and collaborations across all businesses within the group.
