Also purchases maintenance materials as required. 14. Creates scopes of work for maintenance vendors. (As necessary, direct the efforts of vendors who maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings and equipment in the trades of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning.) 15. Interact with the Safety & Security team to ensure security and emergency preparedness programs are properly implemented.
