The HoxtonAssistant Front Office Manager
Jul. 2023 - Jun. 2025• Lead duty managers to have a very solid structure at Front Office. • Provide support, leadership and organisation to senior management. • Ensure all priority customer-related tasks have been attended to guarantee guest’s experience. • Monitoring stock for stationary, branding material, and selling items, as well as control of budget, P.O. and invoices. • Issuing different reports and spreadsheets for business operations • Issue rota, update of events, brand and marketing. • Liaison of labour tracker, payroll, and team holidays. • Daily and weekly follow up on budget, revenue and PNL to understand progress and evolution of business. • Reviewing and interviewing candidates for opening role, as well as lead HR and training procedures within the team.
