Recent projects have included working as host and producer of Reel Israel, a YouTube channel focusing on current affairs and the major issues of the day. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to interview a wide variety of leading journalists and politicians from across the political spectrum. My first novel, Kin Or Country, was published in 2020. Set in 2048, Kin Or Country is a political thriller (available on Amazon) with a related murder investigation woven through it. This is a story about the dangers of religious coercion, about flawed morality across the political spectrum, but ultimately about human emotions and family relationships that apply to people of all faiths, creeds and colors. I contributed many feature news stories, current affairs, and culture stories to the Jerusalem Report magazine between 2013-20. For nearly four years (to May 2016) I was FoxNews.com's main reporter in the region, specializing in terrorism, regional conflict, and politics, was a regular contributor to the Washington-based Investigative Project on Terrorism, appeared on TV in Turkey and the US in political discussions, and had articles published in the Jerusalem Post, Canada's National Post, Daily Mail, New York Post, Forbes, Algemeiner, The Times of Israel, The Hill, and other media outlets. Between 2013-December 2017 I was manager of a team of Hebrew-speaking racing broadcasters presenting horse racing to Israeli audiences on a daily basis via the Racer state betting service. We provided an essential guide to the world of British and Irish horse racing, both to betting office customers and those online. In 2016, I was co-host of racing programs at ONE TV. Since 2020 I present my free advice on horse racing betting on the successful YouTube channel SportsBet TV and since 2023 have a premium racing advisory service on Patreon, Out In Front.
