I am a bilingual lawyer, working at a Criminal Enforcement Court at Buenos Aires Argentina, one year ago i cofounded a Law firm with 3 colleagues and friends. I’m seeking for new opportunities and challenges. I firmly believe that the foundation of professional growth lies in maintaining strong organizational skills and effective communication. I greatly value teamwork, as it provides the opportunity to collaborate with people and areas across an organization. At the same time, I have also learned to appreciate the personal growth that comes from taking ownership of projects and developing them independently. I am eager to contribute my experience in both the legal and human resources fields. My current position at the courthouse has allowed me to be directly involved in the recruitment process for new personnel, which has been highly rewarding. I have had the opportunity to participate in interviews and candidate selection, as well as in the onboarding and training of new members of the court.
